2. Alternatively use our registration form on-line. Please post your payment of £60.00 per delegate within one week of registering online to the address above.

Cancellation Policy - Requests for cancellation will be accepted only in writing and if received by Care Industry Demands Ltd more than 4 weeks before the event, that is 4th September 2008, but a handling charge of £20.00 will be charged. If notice of cancellation is received in writing 4 weeks or less before the event start date then your cheque is not refundable.

Schedule Changes - Event descriptions are given in good faith. However Care Industry Demands Ltd reserves the right to change contents for whatever reason. If the event is cancelled then a full refund of the Delegate fee will be returned, but CID will not be held responsible for any fees incurred by your company/individuals due to changes.
